Delivery Information

We want to get your handcrafted order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we deliver.

When We Despatch

We despatch orders every Thursday. To make sure your order goes out that week, please place it by 4pm on Wednesday.

Orders placed after 4pm on Wednesday will be despatched the following Thursday.

Delivery Timescales

Once despatched, most orders are delivered within 2–3 working days.

• Small to medium items — sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked
• Larger items (planters) — sent via Parcelforce 48hr Tracked

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been despatched.

Shipping Costs

• Most items — FREE delivery across the UK 🎉
• Planters — flat rate of £9.95 due to their size and weight

We Don't Ship Internationally

At present we only deliver within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand this in the future — watch this space!
