We want you to be completely happy with your Turning Corners purchase. If you're not, here's everything you need to know.


Not Happy With Your Order?

If you've changed your mind or aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it, provided the item is:

  • In its original packaging
  • Unopened and unused
  • In the same condition as received

In this case, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Received the Wrong Item?

We're sorry if we've made an error with your order — we'll make it right straight away, at no cost to you.

Here's what to do:

  1. Email us at orders@turningcorners.org.uk with your order number
  2. Attach a photo of the incorrect item you received
  3. Make sure the item is in its original packaging, unopened
  4. We'll email you a prepaid Royal Mail returns label — you can then book a home collection or drop it off at your nearest Post Office at a time that suits you, with nothing to pay

Once we've received the item back, we'll dispatch the correct order promptly.
