Our Wooden Coffin Lid Decoration is a brilliantly tongue-in-cheek addition to any Halloween display. Shaped like a classic coffin lid and finished with a raised cross detail, it stands freely on any surface — no wall fixings, no fuss, just a quietly unsettling presence on your mantelpiece.

Crafted by hand in our Hull workshop from reclaimed birch ply, the natural warm wood tones give it a wonderfully gothic-yet-rustic feel. It’s spooky, it’s charming, and it’ll raise a smile (or an eyebrow) from every visitor.

Did You Know?  The classic hexagonal coffin shape — wider at the shoulders, narrowing at the feet — was standard in Britain from the 17th century. These days it’s mostly reserved for Halloween decorations and Dracula films. We think that’s a fine use.
